Join Jones Land Developers as a Pipe Utility Foreman in Macon, GA, where you will lead a skilled team in the installation and maintenance of underground utilities. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate utility installation projects including: sewer lines, water mains. storm drains, underground detention systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and train crew members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility construction or related field.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
