Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior Technician We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Responsibilities In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. Candidate must be 18+ years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. The position requires obtaining a CPR, First Aid Certification, and a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year), passing a pre‑employment background check, obtaining an RBT certification after onboarding, and being able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds. Passionate about helping children with autism. Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. Must meet mandatory health and certification requirements. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
