Heisinger Bluffs Main offers comprehensive oversight of services featuring a person-centered approach to wellness and lifelong vitality. At Heisinger Bluffs Main we are looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform nursing functions within the scope of practice and provides and/or coordinates care and services to meet the residents’ physical, psychosocial, and functional care needs. Works as a member of and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team with a focus on maintaining the resident as the director of their care.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
• CPR certified
• Every other weekend for Full-Time & Part Time
