We are seeking an experienced Part-time Property Maintenance Technician to join a successful company in Barstow, CA!
20 hours a week
Compensation: $20/hr
Job Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance around the property.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Maintain, clean, and service equipment.
- Inspect for and repair damage to building surfaces.
- Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Fix electrical issues
Job Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation
- Have valid driver's license and active car insurance
- 2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
- Previous apartment tech is a plus
- Must possess great customer service
