responsibilities:

• Provide critical technical guidance to field engineers and service managers during outage planning and execution for industrial, fossil, and nuclear steam turbines.

• Lead small-scale steam turbine service projects, such as interchangeability studies, ensuring successful execution and dedicated customer support on design queries.

• Advise sourcing and parts engineering teams to resolve material substitutions and guarantee that product design requirements for form, fit, and function are met.

• Evaluate product and process non-conformances to drive robust corrective and preventive actions through structured root cause analysis.

• Partner with global design teams to develop safe, reliable, and high-quality steam turbine components.
