Kelly is seeking a skilled  Credit Onboarding Specialist-Bilingual in French to join our team in Johnston, IA. Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour (18-month Contract)

Shift: 8am-5pm About the Opportunity
As a Credit Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting new legislative requirements, overseeing KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and customer screening processes. You will conduct manual reviews of flagged applications, maintain accurate customer records, and facilitate communication between dealers and customers. You will also support onboarding product team initiatives and ensure full regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a dedicated representative supporting new legislative requirements.
• Oversee KYC, KYB, and customer screening processes.
• Conduct manual reviews of flagged applications and manage account restrictions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Facilitate effective communication between dealers and customers.
• Support onboarding product team initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as first-line supervisor for a team providing customer service support.
• Investigate cases of suspected fraud or financial crime and participate in related legal actions.
• Track risk parameters and report deviations.
• Schedule follow-up actions and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
• Remain up-to-date with relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience interpreting policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability to new scenarios.
• Customer-focused approach with strong organizational and planning skills.
• High computer literacy and familiarity with customer systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary non-tertiary education.
• 1–3 years of experience in credit/collections, customer onboarding, or a related field.
• Knowledge of internal systems is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and an agile, proactive mindset.
• Recent graduates with the right skills are encouraged to apply.
