12-hour shifts

72 hours per pay period

Night Shift: 5:00 PM 5:30 AM

Every 3rd Weekend

Continuing Employment Requirements

Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 13 months of orientation.)

Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Current Michigan RN license.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
