Home Dialysis Nurse & Patient Education Lead

Fresenius Medical Care in Independence, MO, is seeking an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP to train and educate dialysis patients on peritoneal and home hemodialysis, and to coordinate care with the clinical team. The role includes hands-on home visits, patient assessment, education delivery, and supervising other staff as assigned; must have nursing degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS, and nephrology experience is preferred but not required.
