LOCATION Waco, TX 76701 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $50,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT
Join a growing team where you'll play a key role in ensuring loan files are processed accurately and efficiently from application through closing. Success in this role comes from maintaining organized documentation, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional support throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities
• Process loan applications and supporting documentation from start to finish.
• Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending requirements.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate loan records and track file status throughout the approval process.
• Support a high-volume workload while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
• Loan processing experience is required.
• Approximately two years of loan processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Loan origination systems (LOS)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Document management systems
• Email and calendar applications

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Candidates located in the Waco area are strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
