Tripod Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient- and family-centered care. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes. This role includes educating patients and families, supervising support staff, mentoring colleagues, and promoting evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
