Production Supervisor (Machine Shop)

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee aerospace machine shop operations in New Port Richey, Florida. The role involves directing manufacturing activities, managing production schedules and budgets, implementing continuous improvement practices, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Monday–Friday, first shift schedule; U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required for export control access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily aerospace machine shop operations to meet production, quality, and cost targets
• Coordinate with production planners on floor stock activities and work order closeout
• Implement Danaher Business System tools including visual management and daily performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, SOPs, specifications, and customer requirements
• Manage associate performance, development, training, recognition, and attendance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2 years manufacturing experience, or 7+ years manufacturing management
• Experience tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule in manufacturing
• Knowledge of machine shop tools, equipment, and aerospace industry regulatory guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
• Data analysis and process improvement capabilities with root cause problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and enterprise software (SAP preferred)
• U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status for export authorization access
