Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 Days/Week
Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst Wealth Management with strong expertise in banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements gathering, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, process analysis, UAT, and wealth management or brokerage platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and technology teams
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and data mapping documents
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and production issue analysis
- Manage requirements traceability and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements
- Use JIRA and Confluence for requirements, backlog, documentation, and project tracking
- Analyze data using SQL and support data validation and reporting activities
- Support implementation, release, and post-production activities
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in Banking or Financial Services
- Experience with Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Investment Banking
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings
- Experience with investment account opening, client onboarding, KYC, suitability assessment, or trading platforms is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production issue analysis
- JIRA and Confluence experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is an advantage
