Part-Time MRI Technologist OpportunitySport Ortho Urgent Care is currently seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced orthopedic environment, delivering high-quality imaging services while collaborating closely with providers and clinical staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-directed, and passionate about patient care.Duties/Responsibilities:Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician protocols and industry standardsEnsure patient safety by properly screening for contraindications and providing clear instructionsPosition patients accurately and operate MRI equipment for optimal imagingMonitor patients during scans and respond appropriately to any issuesPerform routine quality control checks and report equipment concernsMaintain a clean, safe, and functional MRI suiteAccurately document all procedures in the EMR systemComply with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies and proceduresIf licensed, assist with X-ray imaging following safety and positioning protocolsWork collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to support workflowQualifications:Active ARRT (MRI) Certification (Required)Tennessee Medical X-Ray Operator License (Preferred)Graduate of an accredited radiology programCurrent BLS CertificationStrong knowledge of musculoskeletal imaging and MRI safety protocolsExcellent attention to detail and patient care skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, walk-in orthopedic settingSchedule & Location:Part-timeHours will vary based on clinic needs and patient volumeBenefits (Part-Time Eligible): Competitive compensationJob Type: Part-time Work Location: In-person, Mt.
