The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for resident service plan and Health Services staff schedules, and other tasks as needed for resident well‑being. Responsibilities Develop and maintain resident service plan review and schedule according to service plan policy and state regulation for timely reviews with the resident and/or responsible party. Discuss changes with Health Services staff that need to be reflected in resident service plans such as changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report such instances to a licensed nurse and/or the administrator. Demonstrate knowledge of infection control and universal precautions. Observe any changes in resident physical or mental status and communicate changes appropriately. Display mature behavior and attitude in speech and action; demonstrate consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, and support the mission statement and approach to care used by the community. Maintain an acceptable attendance record; notify supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel policies; follow the assigned work schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ridgeline Management Company
