GENERAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Outbound Clerk to coordinate and oversee outbound shipments in the Baltimore area. This role ensures all orders are accurate, properly documented, and safely loaded while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in drivers and verify shipment details (truck, trailer, and documentation)
• Must have RF Scan gun experience
• Coordinate dock assignments and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Locate and verify materials against pick tickets
• Communicate with forklift operators to pull and stage orders
• Oversee loading to ensure correct product, quantity, and condition
• Perform final shipment checks and ensure all items are accounted for
• Complete system entries, scanning, and shipment documentation
• Report and document any damages or discrepancies for approval
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with frequent standing and walking
• Interaction with drivers, equipment operators, and warehouse staff

Hours:

• 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
