Children & Families of Iowa is seeking a Family Specialist – Counselor to provide direct counseling, assessments, and family-centered services to help families thrive. You will use evidence-based models such as Solution-Based Casework and SafeCare, work with supervisors and community partners, and support families in developing skills and support systems.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering counseling, facilitating family interactions, and coordinating meetings with IHHS
