What Your Day Entails
As a Trade Office Customer Service Coordinator, your day is vibrant and varied as you help manage customer communications, scheduling, and follow-ups. You skillfully juggle incoming leads from multiple channels, responding quickly to inquiries with the goal of booking service appointments. With professionalism, you answer inbound calls to assist customers, confirming next-day appointments and proactively reaching out to existing clients to schedule maintenance services. You ensure all records remain accurate in ServiceTitan, communicate effectively across various platforms, and maintain order within the office while consistently keeping the schedule full. Your organizational skills shine as you tackle general administrative tasks, all while providing top-notch service that keeps our customers coming back.

What's Needed From A Trade Office Customer Service Coordinator?
We're looking for someone who can work 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, while meeting the following qualifications:
- Professional phone skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable booking and rebooking appointments, and guiding customers through decisions
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using scheduling and office software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Must have plumbing/heating/ AC for office work, NO MEDICAL or DENTAL background
