Project Executive

A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking a Project Executive to join its growing Mission Critical team across the Southeast. With a strong pipeline of secured work and projects ranging from $50M to over $1B, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, high-profile projects while developing your career within one of the fastest-growing sectors of the construction industry. This position is well suited to an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a Project Executive role, or an established Project Executive seeking to expand their experience within the Mission Critical market. The Role As Project Executive, you will provide leadership across projects while serving as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the successful delivery of Mission Critical projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Leading client presentations, project reviews, interviews, and stakeholder meetings. Supporting business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal presentations. Driving performance across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and risk management. Mentoring and developing Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership teams. Supporting operational planning, staffing, forecasting, and project performance initiatives. Collaborating with senior leadership to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering large and complex construction projects. Mission Critical or Data Center experience preferred but not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in commercial, healthcare, advanced technology, industrial, manufacturing, aviation, or similarly complex construction sectors are encouraged to apply. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and lead presentations. Experience managing project financials, contracts, schedules, and operational performance.
