This individual will lead the execution of the team’s sales strategy across priority client segments and industries, with a strong focus on originating and delivering complex Trade and Working Capital solutions. The successful candidate will bring deep core trade expertise—particularly in Documentary Trade (Letters of Credit and SBLCs)—and a proven ability to structure and deliver solutions in sophisticated client environments. Experience supporting subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies (e.g., GNB clients) is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage for this role.**Key Responsibilities*** Drive new business origination across Trade & Working Capital products* Partner with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships* Serve as a trusted advisor delivering tailored trade solutions with emphasis on Letters of Credit* Lead coordination across product, operations, credit, and implementation teams* Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure adherence to policies* Provide mentorship and contribute to strategic planning**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree required* Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Trade Sales or Product Management* Strong core trade background with deep expertise in Documentary Trade (Letters of Credit, SBLCs, Collections)* Proven track record in originating and executing complex trade transactions* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills* Preferred Experience* Experience supporting subsidiaries of foreign multinational corporations (GNB clients)* Familiarity with cross-border trade structures* Experience in Trade Loans, Receivables Finance, Payables Finance, Export Agency Finance**Additional Requirements*** Strong communication and presentation skills* High degree of professionalism and integrity* Ability to operate independently and within teams* Strong commitment to risk management and compliance------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family Group:**Institutional Sales------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family:**Institutional Product Sales------------------------------------------------------## **Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location:**New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$163,600.00 - $245,400.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
