Associate - Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis and Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review documents in preparation for litigation. Attend depositions, hearings and mediations as required. Qualifications Admitted to practice in Florida. Minimum 2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic credentials (Law Review and/or Honors). Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
