Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Assurance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Conduct measurements, testing, and documentation of product quality.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production teams.
• Assist with investigations of quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
