Sales Support Coordinator- Catering

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to help grow and maintain our catering business through outstanding service, relationship building, and operational excellence. Customer & Catering Support Serve as a primary point of contact for catering customers throughout the ordering process Manage catering order intake, order entry, confirmations, and customer follow‑up Maintain accurate CRM notes, customer preferences, and account information Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal restaurant teams Resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism Sales & Relationship Building Maintain and grow existing catering accounts through proactive outreach Increase repeat business by promoting seasonal offerings, company event catering, and recurring order opportunities Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified catering prospects Encourage referrals, reviews, and long‑term customer loyalty Operational Excellence Ensure catering orders are entered accurately with attention to timing, quantities, pricing, and delivery details Follow up with customers within 48 hours after events/orders Confirm upcoming catering orders 24 hours in advance Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer experience initiatives Home Run Inn Pizza is a fourth‑generation family business that competes in the restaurant and frozen food industries. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Positive attitude with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset Experience in catering, hospitality, restaurant operations, sales support, or customer service preferred Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and order management platforms Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Success in this Role Looks Like Delivering an exceptional catering experience from inquiry to completion Growing repeat catering business and customer retention Maintaining high accuracy and operational execution standards Building strong partnerships internally and externally Supporting a culture built on Family, Pride, Grit, and Courage This position offers a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour , depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr HOME RUN INN INC
