Requirements Job Summary Inside Sales responsibilities include taking customer orders, explaining options to customers, and assisting External sales team with pricing, inventory requests, & processing orders as needed. In addition, the ability to multitask while ensuring accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directly work with customers and the outside sales team to take and enter their orders Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities, and build relationships Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email Keeping up with product and service information and updates Staying informed about competing products and services Hours: 8AM-5PM Knowledge, Skills and abilities High School Diploma/GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
