- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do: Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
What we offer:
- $20/hr to start + $1.00/hr shift premium for 2nd shift, with potential raises thoroughout first year, plus year end production bonus!
- Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime when you want it
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k with company match) the 1st of the month after 30 days

Shifts: 1st: 5am–1pm | 2nd: 1pm–9pm | 3rd: 9pm-5am | Mon–Fri | Full or Part-time available
