Communication: Top-notch communication skills with a friendly, upbeat, and patient-focused personality. Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is part of the process. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Learn Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during specialized clinical procedures. Patient Experience: Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for, using kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties. Clinic Operations: Learn to prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and compliance standards.
