Assistant Property ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a tax credit (LIHTC) apartment community in Fayetteville, NC. This role will assist with leasing, resident relations, compliance, rent collections, recertifications, and overall property operations.QualificationsPrevious property management experience requiredLIHTC (Tax Credit) experience preferredKnowledge of leasing, compliance, and resident relationsExperience with Rent Manager or similar property management software preferredStrong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffEqual Opportunity Employer
