Job Description

We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible schedule that works for you .

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Follow personalized care plans
• Report any changes in condition to our team

Requirements

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience (a plus!)
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
