Dentist (General Practice)

Duties
Perform professional dental services including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, preventive care, extractions, emergency treatment, and digital dentistry procedures.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans by integrating diagnostic findings, radiographic interpretation, systemic medical conditions, specialty consultation, and patient-specific risk factors.
Modify conventional treatment approaches for medically compromised patients.
Document dental care in approved electronic health record systems.
Participate in clinical quality improvement such as reviewing workload, treatment outcomes, access-to-care metrics, and clinical quality indicators to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
Evaluate emerging dental technologies, restorative materials, digital workflows, and evidence-based treatment methodologies for implementation.
Serve as a clinical consultant to dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare providers.
