🧡 Caregiver — Job Description Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington Location: Arlington, TX (North Arlington / South Arlington / Mansfield / Grand Prairie) Type: Part-time / Full-time Reports to: Scheduling Coordinator About Us Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington is a home care agency dedicated to improving the quality of life of seniors. We opened in December 2025 and are growing fast. We are committed to compassionate, professional care. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Companion and supervision support in the client’s home or facility
• Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator
• Document activities and observations in WellSky
• Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team

Tax Documents * W-4 Form (federal tax withholding) — completed during onboarding Background Check * Signed background check authorization — mandatory before starting any shift Onboarding Documents

• Signed company policies and employee handbook
• Direct deposit banking information (optional but recommended)

Certifications

• CNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
• At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving role
