Requirements

Key Focusses

• Produce high-performing impactful content for paid social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snap) that drive conversions for the lowest cost
• Deep understanding of each platform’s audience, algorithm and trends
• Knowledge of what creates an attention grabbing, scroll stopping hook
• Ability to convey a compelling message in under 20 seconds that aligns with our brand voice and style
• Be able to communicate effectively with a Gen Z audience
• Have an intimate understanding of US culture, trends, humour
• Own the complete content creation process from scripting and shooting to editing and optimisation
• Have an acute attention to detail to iterate on creatives rapidly
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple videos efficiently
• Ability to use data and intuition to inform creative strategies and optimise performance
• Keen eye on local and national news
• Creative and ideas driven
• Be based on the East Coast of the US so that you are available to have regular check ins with the UK Marketing team
• Be highly collaborative and able to work effectively with remote teams

• Experience of producing social media ads
• Experience of using data from ad platforms
