Schedule/Hours:

Required Experience & Skills:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Clinical proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Stepdown, Telemetry, or Hospice nursing
• Previous acute care or telemetry experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities and patient populations
• Solid assessment, communication, and critical thinking capabilities
• Compassionate patient care and adaptability in new environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in Stepdown, Telemetry, or Hospice units
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and update care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes
• Document all interventions and observations accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and ongoing needs
