Overview: Data Engineer Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid - 1 day onsite, 4 days remote) Duration: 3-6+ month contract Role Overview We are seeking a Data Engineer to support the Finance and BI teams by automating and optimizing data pipelines within a Snowflake environment. The role will focus on converting manually executed SQL processes into scalable, scheduled workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) , ensuring reliable and efficient data delivery across critical reporting systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain ADF pipelines to orchestrate and automate data workflows.
- Convert existing manual SQL/Snowflake processes into scheduled, production-ready jobs.
- Integrate and manage data flows between Epic Clarity , Snowflake , and Azure environments.
- Modify and optimize Snowflake tables and queries to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with BI and Finance teams to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Ensure pipeline performance is scalable, reliable, and efficient .
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (tables, queries, optimization).
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) - pipeline creation, scheduling, orchestration.
- Experience working in Azure cloud environments .
- Familiarity with Epic Clarity (Epic's SQL-based reporting database).
