Metal Culverts, Inc. is hiring a full-time, onsite Sales Coordinator/Expediter in Jefferson City, MO (7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday). This entry-level role supports Inside Sales by turning project information into accurate pricing and helping orders move smoothly from quote to shipment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing construction plans for quantity take-offs, building estimates/quotes to customer specs, coordinating with sales/production/shipping for on-time fulfillment, spotting potential delays and resolving them early, and partnering with teammates to streamline workflows.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer-service mindset with sales aptitude
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Oracle NetSuite (or similar)
- High attention to detail and organization
- Preferred: AutoCAD exposure

A Typical Workday

As updates come in, you'll adjust timelines and communicate changes so nothing is missed. The day wraps with confirming what's ready for the next handoff and setting up tomorrow's priorities.
