Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision available
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group formats
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state standards
  • Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and families regarding communication disorders
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
