Manage the US tax team for a global business. Looking for a true business partner with executive acumen.
Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and support preparing tax filings, schedules, payments, and related reports as needed.
- Prepare and review both domestic and international tax returns on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Conduct and review reconciliations of balance sheet accounts associated with tax.
- Ensure tax documentation and records are well-organized and maintained.
- Research and apply all eligible tax credits.
- Collaborate with the contracts team to assess tax clauses during contract negotiations.
- Monitor and communicate tax obligations and risks tied to existing contracts.
- Partner with external advisors on complex tax issues.
- Design and implement improvements to tax-related processes and procedures.
Is this you?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
- 7-15+ years of experience
- Experience in both domestic and international tax concepts.
- Capable leader - ideally having managed a team of direct reports
- Business partner acumen and interest, not just a number cruncher
