Our investment in the dealership reflects our commitment to our customers, our employees, and the future.Now, we're looking to build on that foundation.We're seeking Automotive Salespeople who want to be part of the next chapter of West Broad Hyundai.Whether you're an experienced automotive professional who knows how to build relationships and a loyal customer base, or you're newer to the industry and bring energy, technology skills, and fresh ideas, we'd like to meet you.We value experience, initiative, technology, creativity, teamwork, and a willingness to find better ways to serve today's customers.What You'll DoAs an Automotive Salesperson, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an experience that earns their trust and business for the long term.Build relationships with customers from first contact through delivery and follow-up.Learn and confidently present Hyundai products, technology, features, and competitive models.Use CRM, phone, text, email, and social media to prospect, communicate, and maintain customer relationships.Develop new business through referrals, repeat customers, networking, and personal prospecting.Set and work toward monthly sales goals while managing your time and follow-up effectively.Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.Work with management and the sales team to structure and close deals.Follow dealership processes while looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.Participate in ongoing dealership and manufacturer training.Take ownership of your results while contributing to a positive, professional team environment.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for motivated people who know how to build relationships, earn trust, and get results.You may be an experienced automotive salesperson, or you may be coming from another sales or customer-focused industry.
