Responsibilities

General Ledger & Month-End Operations: Prepare and analyze journal entries, reconcile bank statements, manage prepaids and accruals, and directly assist the CFO in period-end and year-end closings.

Full-Cycle Financial Management: Gain hands-on exposure across accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, cash management, inventory controls, asset management, and core GAAP compliance.

Master File Ownership: Oversee, create, and maintain critical data files and analytical Excel schedules for customer, vendor, inventory, asset, and personnel databases.

Operational Reporting & Follow-Up: Produce daily financial reports for internal management and external financial institutions while managing follow-up tracking systems for key deliverables.

Cross-Functional & HR Support: Partner across departments to refine operational workflows, coordinate interdepartmental deliverables, and assist with essential Human Resources requirements.
