Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress outside the therapy setting
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the right path

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
