What You'll Do

• Perform daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.
• Complete building and exterior repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other facility components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues while supporting equipment reliability and production uptime.
• Partner with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize equipment performance, and support production goals.
• Assist with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, production output, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance projects and operational improvements.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using power tools such as drills, grinders, impacts, and saws.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities; bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.

• A full-time overnight schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with some Saturdays as needed.
• The opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving manufacturing operations.

• Exposure to a variety of maintenance, facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.
• A work environment that may include wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, extreme cold, elevated heights, and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Physical requirements that include frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, reaching, and using hands, as well as occasional sitting, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
