Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship, with the ability to obtain a security clearance. We are looking for around 7-10 years of related software development experience. We seek experience with a modern object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or C#. We value experience with modern web design paradigms, tools, and languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and similar technologies. We need experience using development tools such as Eclipse, VS Code, Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ, Docker, and similar platforms. We are looking for strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail. We need effective verbal and written communication skills. We value flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-growing business. We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or equivalent experience in a related technical field. We prefer applicants with a Secret clearance. We require the ability to commute to Logan, UT, and work in person. Responsibilities: We collaborate with the development team to design, build, and test software applications. We write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Kotlin, and others. We take part in code reviews to help ensure quality and adherence to coding standards. We troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by users or uncovered during testing. We create and maintain technical documentation for software applications. We stay current on emerging technologies and trends in software development. We may assign additional duties as needed.
