Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure efficient use of resources Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About Avir at Comanche: At Avir at Comanche, we're more than just a healthcare provider - we're your partner in quality, compassionate care.
