At Senior Helpers - Naples & Bonita Springs, we are seeking caring, compassionate caregivers to join our team as HHA/CNA. If you have a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and enjoy providing personalized care in a respectful and supportive environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to elderly care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Naples, FL
• Must have a level 2 background check through AHCA
