Job Title: LPN / LVN – Long-Term Care
Location: Utica, NY
Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Nights | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 37.5 Guaranteed Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend
Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide nursing care to long-term care residents, including patients with MS, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory-care needs.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to LTC residents.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
Complete accurate clinical documentation.
Use PointClickCare EMR.
Float within the same building as required.
Follow patient safety and infection-control procedures.

Required Qualifications

Active New York LPN license.
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience.
Travel experience.
Current BLS certification.
PointClickCare EMR experience.
Current NURSYS license verification.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to work every other weekend.
Willingness to float within the same building.
Navy blue scrubs required.
