Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm

Now, let’s talk about YOU and why you’ll love this role: What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers) Keep Laundry Clean & Organized: · Wash, dry, fold, and properly label resident clothing and community linens. · Sort laundry according to care instructions and infection-control standards. · Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. · Distribute clean laundry to resident rooms and designated storage areas. Support Resident Comfort & Dignity: · Handle personal clothing and linens with care, respect, and attention to detail. · Follow resident preferences and schedules when applicable. · Promptly report missing, damaged, or mislabeled items to leadership. Maintain a Safe & Efficient Laundry Area: · Keep laundry rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked. · Monitor supplies and notify leadership when restocking is needed. · Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. · Identify and report equipment issues or maintenance concerns. Be a Team Player: · Collaborate with housekeeping, caregiving, and leadership teams as needed. · Assist with special projects, deep cleans, or increased laundry needs. · Treat residents, families, and coworkers with kindness, dignity, and respect. What You Bring to the Table (Besides Great Folding Skills)✔ Experience & Skills: · Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right person!· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. · Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively. ✔ Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout a shift. · Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. · Comfortable working in a warm environment and handling repetitive tasks. ✔ Certifications & Training: · Willingness to complete required training and safety education upon hire.
