Medical Assistant

We're currently hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support both our La Cholla and Swan locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with multiple teams while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care.

This is more than just a clinical role; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting and motivating patients throughout their wellness journey across two locations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare patients for consultations and treatments
• Record vitals, administer injections, and perform EKGs
• Manage scheduling, patient communication, and transactions
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage medications
• Educate patients on programs, services, and special offers
• Provide motivation and support throughout the patient journey
• Travel between Avondale and Arrowhead as scheduled to support clinic operations

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time position requiring open availability during the following business hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Pay:

• $18-$25 per hour, based on Medical Assisting and Customer Service experience

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of, or scheduled to graduate from, an accredited medical assisting program
• Completion of a clinical externship, if required by the program
  OR
• A minimum of six months of full-time experience as a clinical Medical Assistant, including tasks such as manually measuring blood pressure and vital signs, and administering injections
