Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this active role, you will support residents and guests with strong customer service and communication while representing a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or public emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including streets, common areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and/or vendor activity to help support authorized entry and address questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Document daily activity, incidents, and/or maintenance or rule-related concerns in required reports, and share observations with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
