Part-time/Full-time Surgical Retina Specialist

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Board-Certified Fellowship Trained Vitreo-Retinal Surgeon. You will hit the ground running, but not on your own. You will be supported by a seasoned and innovative management team and seasoned retina specialists with fellowship training at Wills, Iowa, Wilmer, Michigan and USC. We have a full-scale executive leadership team consisting of a CEO, CFO, COO, VP of HR, VP or Org Dev & Comm, VP of Operations and VP of Clinical.

We are open to surgeons looking for the second half of their careers and wanting a work play life balance, by working part time of; every two weeks on and every two weeks off.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in vitreo-retinal surgery
• A proven record of excellence in patient care and surgical proficiency
• A keen interest in staying abreast of advances in the ophthalmological field
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
