Job Title: Order Selectors

Shift: 1st (6 AM /7:45AM)

Pay Rate: $12-17/hr.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, handling physical tasks, and meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders based on pick lists or warehouse management systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Build and organize pallets according to customer specifications.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Follow all company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Communicate any product shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred (training may be provided).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including refrigerated or freezer environments (if applicable).
• Must be able to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift.
