About the role Help keep resident suites, common spaces, and our community spotless and welcoming. Your work supports health, safety, and comfort - so residents can focus on living well. What you’ll do Clean resident apartments and community common areas Follow housekeeping and infection control standards Operate housekeeping tools and equipment safely Complete task lists and maintain simple records Assist with laundry and restocking as needed Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and families Skills & attributes Customer service mindset with reliability and initiative Comfort using housekeeping equipment and supplies Detail orientation with follow-up and documentation Basic computer comfort for simple records or checklists Able to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs Relatable experience Housekeeping in senior living, hospitality, hotels, or multi-unit housing Customer service roles requiring kindness and patience Volunteer or service roles with vulnerable populations Qualifications At least 18 years of age CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Current negative TB test Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and move throughout shift Able to pass a criminal background check Valid driver’s license with clean abstract (as role requires) Why join Highgate We offer more than a job - we offer a mission. 401(k) with matching Employee referral bonuses Competitive pay: $18 - $21/hr Full benefits package Growth pathways and internal promotions Positive, inclusive, values-driven culture Join a workplace that values heart, purpose, and community.
