About the Role:
Brand Brilliance 365 Inc is looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL! Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing needs
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular reporting and insights to clients
• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand identity
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships and drive agency revenue
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Conduct client onboarding, strategy presentations, and regular check-in meetings

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience executing retail marketing strategies
